The fbi co-opts a member of the Los Angeles Police Commission to single out Mr. Sosbee in a fraudulently conceived and illegally carried out attempted failed sting in an effort to arrest him.

Nine years later, the fbi again uses a non police employee in 2009, in association with campus police at University of Texas to stage a provocative assault  on &  a simultaneous fraudulent criminal investigation of Sosbee in efforts to arrest him. See documentation here:
